Return / Exchange policy
In the case of jewelry purchased through our retail partners, please call them directly for return/refund inquiries. For jewelry purchased directly through Sheilah Christi Studio, jewelry can be returned within 15 days of the initial purchase, unworn in its original box with your receipt. However, we reserve the right to refuse any returns, exchanges, or repairs that are considered unreasonable.

Please email us at sc@sheilahchristi.com with your order number and we will send you an authorization number to ship back. All returns and exchanges are NOT covered by Sheilah Christi Studio. Once we have received the item, we will make the necessary arrangements to expedite your request. You will be notified of your status. Refunds will take 1-3 business days.

Any custom orders are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

Any items that have been marked as promotional or final sale can not be returned or exchanged.

repair policy
We always strive to send quality products to our valued clients. However, should you need to inquire about any repairs, please email us at sc@sheilahchristi.com. Please include your order number/copy of your receipt and a picture of the damage. Remember to include your telephone number.

We will honor reasonable repairs within one month of purchase.
​
We have the right to refuse any repairs because of unreasonable damages.
​
Again, shipping fees for repairs are NOT covered by Sheilah Christi Studio.
